Tzatziki - Greek yogurt dip.













Ingredients:

2 medium cucumbers
3 clove of garlic, minced
5 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped dill
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Peel cucumbers. Cut in half lengthwise. Clean out seeds. Cut into small chunks.
2. Mix cucumber chunks, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and dill.
3. Fold in yogurt.
4. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
5. Serve with toasted pita bread, chips, celery or as a side to any meat.
